Welcome at airport by your guide. Transfer to hotel. Departure for a first visit ot the city and its monuments : Royal Palace /Silver Pagoda. National Museum, Watt Phnom a landmark of the capital city and birthplace of Phom Penh.
Walk along the riverside and take a short cyclo ride before going back to your hotel.
Day 2 : Phnom Penh . mini Cruise .(lunch included)
After breakfast, end of the city visits and later on in the day, mini cruise on the Mekong river.
Day 3 : Kompong Thom(lunch included)
Breakfast and departure for Kompong Thom. Ride along the Cambodian countryside, to reach Kompong Thom where you will stay overnight.
Day 4 : Kompong Thom/Sambor Pre Kuk(lunch included)
After breakfast, road to Sambor Pre Kuk to see the largest site of pre-angkor Temples.
Return to Phnom Penh. Night in Phnom Penh.
Day 5 : Siem Reap /Angkor Thom
Morning transfer to airport.for flight to siem Reap. Welcome upon arrival by your guide and transfer to hotel. All day visit of the temples of the ancient city of Angkor Thom(Phimeanakas, Baphuon, Bayon) Lunch on the site or at hotel. Return late afternoon to hotel.
Day 6 : Siem Reap . Elephant ride and Angkor Wat
Early morning breakfast and road to the temples for an elephant ride around the Bayon. The afternoon will be dedicated to Ta Phrom and Angkor Watt, till sunset.
Lunch at hotel or in town. Return end of the afternoon to hotel.
Day 7 : Siem Reap/Kbal Spean
Early departure from hotel to go to Kbal Spean, site of the thousand lingua river
That you’ll reach after going up hills for about 45 minutes
Upon return stop at Bantey Srei. Picnic lunch. Return to hotel late afternoon.
Day 8 : Beng Mealea
Located approximately at 70kms of Siem reap, it will take about 3 hours drive to reach this temple. The road is not a highway but goes across one of the most beautiful Countryside part of Cambodia. Beng mealea might have been used as a prototype to Angkor Watt, as it is of about the same period.Picnic lunch and return to hotel late afternoon.
Day 9 : Siem Reap : The city and its lake
After breakfast road to the pier for a mini cruise on the Tonle Sap Lake.
Upon return stop over at the Roluos. Afternoon visit of the town. Lunch in town or at hotel. Evening dinner and show of classical Khmer dancing and shadow theatre.
This venue will be at the nicest theatre of siem Reap, the Apsara theatre at Angkor village, especially built for this kind of show. Return to hotel late evening.
Day 10 : Departure
